Photoshop Animation Induction

Learning the simple ropes of animation within Photoshop was essential for the development on my design. Knowing how to save the files to make simple gifs and short videos was extremely useful, as knowing to differentiate results in differing intentions and outcomes. For short and simple animations, Photoshop appears to be an easy and efficient resource. 

 

Tutorial outcome:

By playing around with fade in and outs (opacity), transformations (sizes) and movements, this short animation was made to show the operation of an app. Although the screen based design being investigated in this project is not an app, the basic operations could apply to  layers of images, shapes and collages of any document on Photoshop.
