Colour Swatch Experiments

Using photographs I had taken from home, Leeds and away, to capture an all-inclusive view of my experiences and identity through colour.
From travelling around Vietnam in summer, to visiting the Barbican at home in London, to my walk to uni in Leeds, I can see a visual diversity in culture and aesthetic, as well as significant comparisons and similarities within these very different locations, through specifically colour.

- Unnatural and vibrant turquoise greens that are consistant in Vietnam and Leeds on man-made objects
- similar browns/ pale yellows and peaches appear in the sky and on buildings, reflecting sunlight which is constant whatever location
- artificial light vs natural light
